The workflow

From inventory to a published campaign.

Six steps. You start it and you finish it. Lotsmith builds the marketing in between, and prepares it for every channel you publish to.

  1. 01

    Import your inventory

Connect your website or upload a file. Your whole lot comes in, photos included.

  2. 02

    Lotsmith reads each vehicle

Year, make, model, trim, mileage, price, and how long it has been listed. Every fact comes from your inventory.

  3. 03

    A marketing strategy is set

    Available

Before any copy, each vehicle gets a plan: who the buyer is, the strongest angle, and the trust signals that close.

  4. 04

    The marketing assets are built

    Available

A complete package: a headline, the listing copy, and a clear call to action, in the voice of a salesperson who knows the vehicle.

  5. 05

    You review it

    Always yours

Read it, edit anything, and approve. Nothing goes out until you say so.

  6. 06

    It gets published

    In progress

Approved assets are prepared for each destination and sent out. Craigslist is the first channel, with more on the way.

After publishing comes monitoring and renewal, so a live post never quietly goes stale. Both are on the roadmap.

That is the whole workflow.
