This page explains, in plain language, how Lotsmith handles the information you give us. It is a summary written for dealers, not a substitute for the final legal agreement, which will be provided before you sign up.

Account details you provide, such as your name, dealership, and contact information.

Inventory data you import or connect, including vehicle facts and photos, so Lotsmith can build listings.

Basic usage information needed to run the product reliably and to record publishing actions.

To generate marketing listings from your inventory, to show you what has been published and when, and to support your account. We do not sell your data.

If you choose to connect posting credentials, they are encrypted before storage, are never shown back to you, and are never written to logs. You can remove them at any time.

Your inventory and account data are yours. You can ask us to export or delete your data, and you can disconnect any connected source whenever you want.
